Session Costs

Fees vary based on type of session and will be discussed at your initial appointment. Fee adjustments may be made for those who do not have health insurance or have economic hardship.  

Health Insurance

In network health insurance:

Medical Assistance, Optum, Medica, United HealthCare, UMR, UCare, Preferred One, Health Partners, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and Hennepin Health.

Out of network insurance: Counseling fees may be applied to your out of network insurance and can be deducted with HSA/FSA account.

*Note: Invoices and superbills can be automated for easy processing with HSA/FSA or insurance billing.

Out of Pocket

Out of pocket fee = $125.00 per 60 minute session. Automatic payment can be done online for your convenience.
